restore flow graph pane height in editor (#9584)

The flow editor graph pane collapsed to height 0 because FlowBuilder's
root used `flex flex-col flex-1 h-screen`. The `flex-1` (flex-basis: 0%)
overrides `h-screen` for main-axis sizing, so the div's height came from
flex-grow (indefinite) rather than the 100vh anchor. Every descendant
down to the graph relies on `height: 100%`, which only resolves against a
definite parent height, so the whole chain collapsed.

This was inert until the AIChat layout unification wrapped FlowBuilder in
a `flex flex-col` column, which activated `flex-1`. Drop `flex-1` to match
the working ScriptBuilder pattern (`flex flex-col h-screen`) used in the
same AiChatLayout, so `h-screen` stays the definite height anchor.
