Join barrier, debounce, and retry become the private windmill_queue::cascade module (cascade_ee in windmill-ee-private); OSS gets cascade_oss no-op fallbacks (plain OR fan-out). Windmill Backend
This folder holds all backend components, the src/ folder only contains files used to build the "root" binary.
Components
