chore(renovate): admit stable single-service image updates

Audited against localApps c5fe4d8c07. Added seven apps with stable one-service compose shapes, no special runtime flags or non-trivial upgrade scripts, recent image-only Renovate PRs, no merged maintainer repair PRs in 30 days, and no open PR among the 80 checked.

Evidence PRs: #7963, #7908, #8008, #7923, #7920, #7940, #7930, #7960.
