Add model aliases, minimal read-only account and quota facts, bounded retry
policies and middleware capability declarations. Preserve unchanged payloads
and expose the new contracts in the SDK and plugin configuration UI.
Remove the ignored external observer example test.

Show release assets with filename tooltips, size tags, and a compact selection state. Remove duplicate release version labels.

Publish committed account and permission facts with the current model catalog while the extension set is unchanged. Preempt in-flight background catalog reconciliation for a new configuration commit; periodic reconciliation refreshes the catalog afterward. Confirm account saves before asynchronously reloading lists and groups.

Detect and persist proxy locations on enable, connection changes, and explicit
tests. Preserve manual locations and guard stale detection results. Allow a
successful outlet probe to fill the manual location fields on request.

Introduce SDK 0.4, manifest v3, protocol v4, the isolated plugin runtime,
and cpr-plugin packaging CLI for independently maintained plugins.
Support installation, permissions, one active configuration per plugin,
version-specific settings, rollback, management pages, and CLI extensions.
Isolate plugin failures so native gateway startup and requests remain available.
Keep provider registration and UI choices fixed to built-in OpenAI and xAI.
Support nine extension capabilities with permission-scoped model and account
callbacks to the host.
Unify plugin settings and version management, support plugin icons,
and improve narrow layouts. Use the fixed GitHub UI dependency and pnpm 12
for standalone frontend and container builds. Reduce runtime test packaging
cost and align preparation modules with the repository layout.

Preserve versioned API key model metadata and terminal request state across clock rollback. Close reset credit dialogs after confirmed consumption and refresh account quota in place.

Read account notes by internal account ID for usage lists and Dashboard recent
requests. Show nonempty notes as secondary text using the existing label style.
Cover same-email accounts, note changes and removal, deleted-account history,
and the admin API and client key visibility boundaries.

Preserve recorded cycle usage and estimate only remaining capacity from
recent samples. Restart cycle totals and sampling after quota resets,
including resets following an exhausted observation.
Clarify cycle totals and duration conversions in the quota modal and API
documentation, and prevent narrow layouts from overflowing.
Validated with the full backend suite using isolated PostgreSQL and Redis,
strict Clippy, Rustfmt, frontend lint and build, and browser checks.

Reuse the shared About dialog from a toolbar icon and expose version and commit identifiers through an authenticated key-only endpoint. Align the About and refresh button backgrounds with the configuration button in dark mode.
Validate the response field allowlist and session boundaries, and document the new endpoint.

Replace the inline long-context badge with a themed yellow detail trigger and retain the billing context in its title and accessible label.

Detach online updates from HTTP request lifetimes and recover their persisted status in the admin UI. Retain current release notes when no upgrade is available while preserving upgrade restrictions.

Separate light control and table fills, unify input hover and focus feedback, and add smooth table row transitions. Keep column drag highlights attached to their keys and reduce account note text size.

Add session-scoped Codex configuration and CCSwitch import for key holders. Persist table-column ordering with drag animations and refine key, quota, and usage layouts.
Validated with 395 gateway-api integration tests, Rustfmt, and strict Clippy for gateway-api and gateway-admin. Frontend validation is left to the maintainer as requested.

Show current client key names in usage and error records, and persist the selected long-context pricing band in billing snapshots.
Display a long-context badge without assuming a fixed multiplier. Keep missing historical flags false while preserving reconstructed billing details, with regression coverage for OpenAI and xAI.
Validated with 36 billing tests, strict Clippy, Rustfmt, frontend lint/typecheck/build, and browser checks for both usage views.

Add an admin-only reset for daily, weekly, or all key budget usage with atomic auditing and serialized settlement boundaries.

Add six Desktop and CLI presets, global defaults and per-key overrides, custom identity parameters, and official release tracking. Keep the resolved identity stable throughout each request and its retries.
Probe IPv4 and IPv6 exit endpoints concurrently and accept either successful address family. Persist both exit addresses with migration 0015 while preserving existing migration checksums and the legacy exitIp field.
Remove stale frontend IP preference payloads and display exit addresses without redundant family prefixes. Treat probe results as diagnostics and allow users to select and bind saved proxies regardless of probe status, while preserving missing-proxy checks, configuration consistency, import guards, and no-direct-fallback behavior.

Move the revised service-tier description into the card header and simplify the switch label. Keep the undo button filled and place the unsaved indicator before it.

Freeze global and bound-group Fast restrictions in each request snapshot, then apply the effective policy before OpenAI transport headers, observations, and billing. Preserve omitted update values and existing data with an additive migration.
Keep the current split settings layout, add a service-tier card, and require WebSocket transport from the first turn in the continuation regression test.
Validation: frontend lint, typecheck and build; Rust formatting; migration checksums; 15 focused tests. Live priority/default/priority requests preserved context on one WebSocket, but the upstream returned default for all three, so actual priority-tier execution remains unverified. Cloud CI was still running when the maintainer requested immediate merge.

Split settings into focused cards while retaining the original tabs and page layout. Simplify save feedback and help controls, preserve settings drafts, and align account dialog and model restriction widths.
Keep select option scrolling tied to keyboard navigation and focus so hovering does not shift the dropdown.

Add opt-in account capacity cooldown, recovery probes, and atomic adaptive concurrency updates. Include overload and slow_down in Smart scheduling feedback, expose rate-limit reasons, and keep probe results fenced by cooldown generation.
Exclude diagnostic probes and local connection failures from capacity evidence. Default auto-freeze to disabled and preserve explicitly saved settings with a forward migration.

Expand provider choices to full-width labeled options and move the forecast caveat into an icon-only explanation popover.
Validation: frontend lint, typecheck and build passed; verified narrow-screen selection, keyboard navigation and explanation popover. Available forecast data layout was not exercised because local observations are insufficient.

* feat(auth): add API key workspace
Add persistent API key sessions and enforce admin/key authorization boundaries. Expose key-scoped quotas, trends, health, and paginated usage records through server-projected data.
Share the application shell, system overview, and usage views between admin and key sessions, reorganize frontend domains around view ownership, and omit account, provider, and authentication details from the key workspace.
BREAKING CHANGE: Browser authentication now uses /api/auth/* and cpr_session; existing browser sessions must sign in again.
Validated frontend lint, type checking, production build, backend workspace tests, and live authenticated key views.

* feat(console): refine key workspace experience
Unify role-aware console routes and use mode/role in authentication contracts.
Reuse request state, stable pagination and performance projections across workspaces.
Refine quota cards, usage panels, empty states and key-aware theme previews.
Skip session restoration on login and retain form inputs until unmount.
Keep the full health timeline grid visible without samples.

* feat(key-usage): replace shared workspace with focused usage page
Preserve unified admin/key authentication, restore admin pages, and remove the previous client workspace implementation. Add a scoped usage page with metrics, trends, budgets, request logs, and section loading placeholders.
