Temporarily waive RUSTSEC-2026-0285 until 2026-09-21 UTC to preserve the pinned Codex TLS fingerprint. Keep all other audit failures blocking.
Validated cargo audit and waiver expiry behavior.

Retry explicit model capacity rejections on the same account up to three
times with bounded backoff, then reuse ordinary account rotation. Honor
the existing replay, delivery, cancellation and total request budgets.
Keep capacity rejections out of account health scores and provider
circuits, preserve original client errors, and extend the WebSocket
rejection boundary introduced by #89. Cover HTTP and WebSocket behavior
and document the policy.

Keep quota capacity and remaining estimates based on recorded usage when some token or cost facts are missing. Preserve unknown values and explain potential underestimation without blocking usable forecasts.
Remove OpenAI pricing rules for shutdown models and the GPT-4-0314 alias while preserving historical costs and active regular prices. Document actual tier fallback and model-specific pricing behavior.
Validated with backend test targets, strict workspace Clippy, Rustfmt, frontend lint/typecheck/build, and mocked browser checks for partial, missing, complete, weekly/monthly, and mobile dark forecast states.

Keep documentation focused on current contracts, responsibilities, and required operations. Define when PRs need documentation updates and consolidate setup commands with explicit ownership and permissions.

Support optional custom client keys across creation, storage, and authentication. Search keys and request records by name, remove credential and prefix searches, and reject duplicate names during create and update using the existing control-plane transaction lock.
Simplify the request diagnostics panel and use the shared empty state.
Validated with 1,029 backend tests using dedicated PostgreSQL and Redis, strict workspace Clippy, frontend lint/typecheck/build, and browser checks for key creation, name validation, search, diagnostics refresh/export, and mobile layouts.

Support same-origin HTTP admin sessions without an additional configuration setting. Derive Cookie security from a validated browser Origin, retain Secure for HTTPS and unknown origins, and enable VueUse's existing clipboard fallback.
Validated with 312 API tests, 36 gateway tests, strict workspace Clippy, frontend lint/typecheck/build, and browser login/reload/logout over HTTP and HTTPS-to-HTTP proxying.

Forward complete upstream model objects and client versions without rebuilding metadata. Keep account-scoped catalogs in a bounded, coalesced cache with explicit invalidation and preserve model aliases without mixing fields.
Cover service tiers, native metadata, account isolation, cache behavior, and failure handling with regression tests; document the catalog contract.

Exclude confirmed OpenAI prewarm requests from completed usage while
preserving audit records and unknown inference pricing.
Keep only the quota capacity card, trim unused Admin/API diagnostics,
and use the actual quota observation time without changing forecast gates.
Reduce warning noise and align capacity headings with the cards.

Show server envelope messages from the response interceptor, with shared transport fallbacks, cancellation handling, and explicit silent requests. Remove duplicate page notifications while preserving contextual batch and irreversible-operation feedback.
Propagate request options through API modules and document notification ownership. Verify the notification-only tree with ESLint, vue-tsc, and a Vite build.

Search historical account email and name snapshots while preserving literal prefix matching. Add regression coverage and document the search contract.

Retain safe provider messages across the admin HTTP boundary while keeping internal diagnostics private. Distinguish refresh contention, known upstream rejection, and unknown outcomes without changing worker retry or terminal-state policies.
Cover OpenAI refresh-token failure reasons, including token_expired, and improve adjacent OpenAI/xAI admin guidance. Add provider and HTTP regressions and synchronize API and architecture contracts.
Validated 1400 related backend tests, 12 architecture checks, strict Clippy, Rustfmt, gateway build, and an isolated real-upstream invalid-token browser flow.

Persist accepted pre-stream failures through existing request finalization
without fabricating attempts, accounts, transports, or send facts.
Retain terminal write futures across cancellation, preserve registered cold
streams, and release rejected stream leases before observation writes.
Add coordinator, lifecycle, PostgreSQL, queue, and API regressions, and
document the recording and troubleshooting boundaries.
Validated relevant backend suites, strict Clippy, Rustfmt, and isolated
PostgreSQL/Redis with real OpenAI success and pre-stream failure paths.

Harden diagnostic sanitization and export allowlisted feedback bundles.
Refresh usage and error queries with consistent filters and pagination snapshots.
Add protocol and privacy regressions and document troubleshooting boundaries.
Validated 2064 backend tests with dedicated PostgreSQL and Redis, strict Clippy, Rustfmt, frontend lint and build, and real OpenAI HTTP/WebSocket success and failure paths with 81 UI assertions.

Preserve the original contributor commit and its two-frame Cloudflare header regression. Resolve overlap with the existing transport-header fix while keeping the identity-encoding fixture and ingress decompression documentation from main.
Validation: 385 API, protocol, and application tests, Rustfmt, and strict workspace Clippy passed. The new regression also passed independently. No new live Cloudflare/OpenAI end-to-end run was performed.

Stream all supported encodings through a bounded decoder, cap buffer growth and the zstd window, and consume every gzip member. Borrow uncompressed bodies, reject stacked encodings, and remove the unused error variant.
Add decoding and HTTP boundary regressions, preserve downstream transport-header isolation, and document the ingress compression contract.
Validation: 384 API, protocol, and application tests, Rustfmt, and strict workspace Clippy passed. Twenty real HTTP requests passed with synthetic upstream execution. An 8,210-byte zstd probe now stops at the 64 MiB output limit, with a largest Rust allocation of 64 MiB instead of 256 MiB. Official Codex client fallback and real upstream execution were not exercised.

Prefer account-wide weekly usage windows, falling back to monthly windows when weekly usage is unavailable. Require complete window boundaries and do not fall back to short-term or historical totals.
Expose the selected window label in account responses, update usage panels and Token tooltips, and align summary text baselines. Preserve quota bar and Dashboard selection behavior.
Validation: 421 related and application tests, Rustfmt, strict workspace Clippy, and frontend lint/type checks/build passed. Browser checks with synthetic weekly, monthly, and empty fixtures passed in dark, light, and narrow layouts.

Share transport-header classification between API ingress and OpenAI encoding. Strip proxy metadata and downstream compression negotiation while preserving opaque business extensions and upstream response diagnostics.
Add protocol, decoder, HTTP, and WebSocket regressions and document the transport boundary.
Validation: 946 related and application tests, Rustfmt, and strict workspace Clippy passed. Application tests passed with incremental compilation disabled after a compiler cache panic. Real-account HTTP/WebSocket checks and a two-turn WebSocket session through Cloudflare Tunnel passed.
