- **OIDC logout works with Keycloak again.** The end-session redirect
now carries `id_token_hint` and `client_id`, which the spec requires
alongside `post_logout_redirect_uri`. (#102)

The badge now updates the existing icon link instead of appending a
second one that those browsers ignore, and the Safari 15 fallback
