fix(sidebar): stop the workspace details scroll area from clipping field focus rings (#31816)

The workspace details dialog body is an overflow-y-auto scroll area, which
also clips horizontally, so the fields' 3px focus ring was cut off on the
left and right. Add -mx-1 px-1 to the container so the ring has room
without shifting the fields.
