Clarify the mobile-driving experience by updating outdated terminology and
making actions more precise. Generic "Mobile" references are replaced with
"Phone", and action buttons now explicitly distinguish between "this"
terminal and "all" terminals. Also introduces a modern card layout featuring
a smartphone icon badge and a live status indicator, complete with updated
locales, tests, and a standalone HTML preview.
* Fix unnatural Japanese localization wording
- "Open in" submenu: bare で開く → アプリで開く
- "Assigned to me" filter: 私に割り当てられました → 私に割り当てられた Issue
- Use Latin "Issue" instead of katakana イシュー throughout (JP engineering convention)
- Terminal/theme cursor settings: render the screen cursor as カーソル, not the
Cursor product. The brand-protection revert (Cursor→カーソル→Cursor) now exempts
these keys/values so カーソル survives while the Cursor product stays Latin.

Fixes are made in the locale repair policy (overrides / phrase fixes) and applied via

Move the Cursor screen-vs-product discrimination (SCREEN_CURSOR_ENVALUES /
SCREEN_CURSOR_KEYS / isScreenCursorContext) out of locale-translation-policy.mjs
into locale-screen-cursor-exemptions.mjs to keep the policy file under the
max-lines limit. No behavior change.
* Fix PR/issue state badge wording in Japanese
"State: Closed" was 状態: 閉店 (a shop closing) — change to 状態: クローズ to match
how the Closed state is rendered elsewhere. Also align "State: Merged" (状態: 結合済み)
with the standard マージ済み used for git merges.

* Preserve core workflow and product terms in English across locales
Update translation policy to prevent localization of key terms such as
"Agent", "Commit", "Markdown", and "Terminal". This ensures consistent
jargon and product branding.
Introduce CJK-Latin term spacing to keep these Latin terms legible
when combined with CJK text, while adjusting Korean particle spacing.
Also add overrides to prevent network proxy settings from being
mistranslated as "Agent".
* Preserve repo terminology in English and localize source control labels
Treat "repo" and "repos" (and their capitalized forms) as brand terms
that should remain in English/Latin across CJK and Spanish locales.
Update translation files and policies to replace translated words like
"repositorio" or "リポジトリ" with "repo"/"repos", and fix an issue where
latin brand terms could be incorrectly matched as substrings in larger
words during cleanup.

Resolve correctness, efficiency, and reuse issues found reviewing the
Windows SSH native-host support:
- GC liveness on Windows now probes the actual named pipe (via node
net.connect against markers + deterministic candidates) instead of
substring-matching Win32_Process command lines, which could remove a
live relay dir. Reports ALIVE conservatively only when there is no
liveness signal at all (no markers and no seed pipes).
- Resolve the remote node path once per deploy and thread it through
install/repair/launch instead of re-resolving 3-7x.
- Replace the 200ms node -e poll loop with a single long-lived remote
wait process during Windows relay startup.
- Skip the no-op executable command on Windows in uploadRelay.
- Make the Windows fallback pipe name deterministic and recoverable
(drop the global counter), with an extra reconnect attempt.
- Normalize the prepended node bin dir to backslashes on Windows PATH.
- Batch the system-SSH Windows directory upload into a single streamed
JSON package instead of one ssh process per file.
- Extract relay endpoint/marker helpers into ssh-relay-endpoints.ts and
consolidate the PowerShell EncodedCommand encoding into the shared
powershell-command-encoding module.

- Propagate the request AbortSignal and a 5-second timeout to both
PowerShell and netstat child processes during Windows port scanning.
- Avoid spawning the netstat fallback process if the port scan has
already been aborted.
- Wrap the .NET OSArchitecture check in a try/catch block during SSH
Windows platform detection to robustly fall back to environment
variables if needed.

Fix packaged runtime inclusion for @parcel/watcher and its platform native subpackages. Adds pruning/tests for packaged resources and a real watcher integration regression test.
## Summary
- stop the macOS helper from unlinking caller-supplied socket and token paths
- keep parent-owned token cleanup tied to the helper startup that created it
- fail closed for non-socket socket-path collisions and cover helper cleanup races with regression tests
