Neil ecb1d6859c refactor: compatibility folders name their entry modules instead of an index barrel (#30269) 
Deletes remote-layout-snapshot/index.ts and workspace-layout/old-client/index.ts. The compat-boundary
check now lists each folder's entry modules, so deleting the folder plus its listed importers'
import lines still removes the path.
